This cause coming on to be heard upon .the verified Petition for
Adoption hereinbefore filed, and the Court finds that it has jurisdiction,
and it appearing to the Court that the Petitioner(s) are-.fit and proper
persons to adopt the minor child(ren) sought to be adopted, and that the
best interests of the child(ren) will be prompCed by the adotpion, and
that the children are suitable for adoption by the Petitioner(s),
and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is o

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the minor child(ren) known~as
ROBERT WINFORD COBB, age 9, born February 1971, .
are declared to be the legal child(ren) of the Petitioner(s)
RUTH SHERRY COBS, and are given the names of
ROBERT WINFORD COBB,
by which name(s) they shall hereafter be known, and it is

FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the said minor child(ren)
shall be•the legal heir(s) of the Petitioner(s), RIITH SHERRY
entitled to all rights and. privileges, ~
