This cause coming on to be heard upon the verified Petition for
Adoption hereinbefore filed, and the Court finds that it has jurisdiction,
and it appearing to the Court that the Petitioner(s) are fit and proper
persons to adopt the minor child(ren) sought to be adopted, and that the
best interests of the child(ren)~will be prompted by the adotpion, and-
that the children are suitable for adoption by-the Petitioner(s),
and beirig~otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
- ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the minor child(ren) known as JAMS
WILLIAM DOUGLAS, age 9, born November 16, 19?0 and BOBBY RAY DOIIGLAS,
age 12, born June 1, 1968,
are declared to be the legal child(ren) of the Petitioner(s)
THOMAS A COBB, JR., and are given-the names of
I~ JAMES WILLIAM COBB and BOBBY RAY•COBB.

by which name(s) they shall hereafter be known, and it is
! FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that-the said minor child(ren)
shall be the legal heir(s) of the Petitioner(s), THOMAS A. COBB, JR.
entitled-to all rights and privileges, ~
and subject to all obligations of children born to Petitioner(s) in
lawful wedlock.
