THIS CAUSE came onto be heard. upon the verified Petition For E
Adoption and the Court having examined the Petition and it appearing upon the
evidence that the child is suitable for adoption, that the best interests of
the child will be promoted by the adoption and that the Petitioner is a
fit and proper person to adopt the child, and•the Court being otherwise
fully adivsed in-the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
(1) .That the Petition For Adoption, be, and is hereby ordered '
granted and that the child known as KEVIN TRAVEL RYAY,S ,
born on the 29thday of November , 19 74 , at -Fort Pierce , FL ,
is the legal child of the Petitioner, GEORGIA. B. JOHNSON ,
and subject to all obligations of a child born to the Petitioner in lawful
wedlock.
