O R D E R
THIS CAUSE having come on before -the Court on the Wife's -
Motion for Order of Contempt on October 10,-1980, and the Husband
- appearing in open Court along with the Wife's counsel, and the
Court having taken testimony and heard argument of counsel and
the Husband, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises,
it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: -
1. The Court finds that the Husband has not committed willful
contempt of Court in this matter.
2. That the Court's interpretation of that certain Order
entered on August 6, 1980, by Judge-G. Kendall Sharp is that the
Husband--was to make a $150.00 child support payment on the day of .
the entry of said Order. Therefore, the Husband is ordered to pay

~ an additional $75.00 with his November and December. child support
payments to satisfy the arrearage.
3. The Wife's request for attorneys fees in this matter is
hereby denied. -
