ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
Pursuant to a combination of considerations including time-in-
service, formal training, and continuing education, which were
outlined by this Court in an order establishing its clerks'
certification program on 11 September 1980, a number of persons
across the state have demonstrated their distinctive professionalism
~in preparation for and conduct of duties inhering in the Office of
Clerk of the Circuit Court:
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED THATs
The Florida Supreme Court acknowledges the fallowing
individual who, having fulfilled the requirements for initial .
certification, is .entitled to recognition as a Certified Clerk of
the Circuit Court.

This order shall take effect at 12:01 a.m. on 1 October 1980,
and shall continue in effect in accord with the .orders of this court
.dealing with clerks certification.
