ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
(1) STIPULATIONS Ai:D ADMISSIONS were made as follows:
(a) That there was a collision between vehicles
driven by MARY HUBNER PULYER and ANNE PRICE on October 25, 1976,
at the intersection of Avenue 8 and North 8th Street, in Fort
Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida..
_ (b) That TERESA VQN BLARCUM was a passenger in
the automobile driven by ANNE PRICE.
f (c) At the time and place of the accident,
ANNE PRICE was traveling eastbound. on Avenue B. .

(d) At the time and place of the accident, the
eastbound lane of Avenue B had no traffic control device or ~
stop sign.
- (e) At the time and place of the subject accident,
the Defendant, MARY HUBNER PULYER was driving a vehicle owned
by AGNES M. PIASECKI, with the consent of AGNES M. PIASECKI. l
(f) At the time and place MARY HUBNER PULYER
was traveling-southbound on North 8th Street.

(g) At that time and place the southbound lane of

North 8th Street had a traffic control device commonly known as
a stop sign.
• (h) -That TERESA VAN BLARCUM was admitted to
Fort Pierce Memorial Hospital on October 26, 1976. •
