• (7) JURY INSTRUCTIONS: Proposed jury instructions,
. on a separate sheet for each charge, shall be submitted to
the Court at the beginning of the trial, with copies to
attorneys. Additional jury instructions shall be submit-
ted no later than at the conclusion of testimony..
(8) The list of witnesses and schedule of documen-
tary evidence may be supplemented and amended until five (5)
days next preceding the trial of this action.
(9) Discovery may be"conducted until five (5)
days preceding the trial of this cause.
