I, $OBERT H. NETHERY, domiciled and residing in St. Lucie
County, Florida, declare this instrument ,to be my Last Will and
Testament,- hereby revoking all prior Wills and Codicils made by -
me.
FIRST: I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses, expenses of my last illness, and costs of administering -
my estate, be paid as soon as practicable after my death.
A. I direct that all taxes including interest and penalties
which are owing by reason of my death be paid out of that part of
my estate which does not qualify for the marital deduction allowed
by the Federal Estate Tax Law.
B.- My personal-representative shall not seek reimbursement
for taxes paid under Subparagraph A above-from my wife as to any
property or from any other beneficiary under this Will as .to
property given in this Will.
SECOND: I direct that my personal representative appointed
! below effectuate the-following bequests:

A. I give the sum of $25,000.00 -to my daughter, ZONA

( ELIZABETH-BOND;
- B. I give my watch to ANDY NETHERY; -
C.--I give my bracelet to ROBERT W. NETHERY; -
D. I give my ring to my wife, LOUISE-NETHERY;
E. I give my necklace to RANDY NETHERY; and
F. I give certain items of tangible personal property -
~ owned by me at the time of my death in the manner described in the
- -
~ last dated writing made for this purpose and signed by me that is
in existence at-the time of my death.
