Beach Boulevard, Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, in which
we reside as husband and wife. The gift in this paragraph is
intended to cgver any interest in residential real-estate which
does not pass to my wife by operation of law, without working on
her an election.
A. In the .event my wife, LOUISE NETHERY, does not survive
me, I direct that my residential home be distributed to my wife's
four (4) children, DESTINY NETHERY, RANDY NETHERY, ANDY NETHERY,
and ANN CAREEN, or the survivor or survivors of .them.
SIXTH: Pursuant to the powers given to my personal repre-
sentative set forth in Paragraph Tenth below, I direct that my
personal representative shall sell as soon as practicable after my
death, if the same has not been sold prior to my death, .all-of my
.interest in Benchmark Construction Corporation and my businesses
namely, Buddy's Auto Rental and Leasing, Inc., and Buddy's .Auto
Sales, Inc. Additionally,. my commercial real estate located on
U. S-. 1, Fort Pierce, Florida, whereon I maintain my businesses,
Buddy's Auto Rental and Leasing, Inc., and Buddy's Auto Sales,
Inc., shall be sold or leased, whichever, in the opinion of my
j personal representative is economically most advantageous. The
proceeds from the sale of my interest in Benchmark Construction
Corporation, my commercial real estate, and my businesses, shall -
be distributed as follows: -
A. I give fifty percent (50~) thereof to my wife, LOUISE
NETHERY; or in the event she does not survive me, to her children
or the survivors thereof;
B. I give- fifty percent (5070) thereof to my natural born
children, ZONA ELIZABETH BOND, IT~ENE EVELYN DUNSHEE, and ROBERT
WILLIAM NETHERY, in equal shares, per stirpes.
SEVENTH: All the remainder of the property I have the
right to dispose of at death by Will, including property~as to
which effective disposition is not made in this Will, is defined
