or my personal representative from his responsibility under this
Will. The trustee may accumulate income and withhold distributions
of principal, to the extent permitted by law, until the benefici-
ary's disability~is removed or until he dies or becomes capable of
managing his affairs, at which time all shall be paid to him or to
his estate.
A. No interest under this Will shall be transferable or
assignable by any beneficiary, or be subject to the claims of his
creditors.
B. I recognize that changes may occur in government,
taxation,. society and the economy which if I could foresee them
now would cause me to.dispose of trust interests differently. I
authorize my trustee to distribute all or any. part of my trust
created here, free of the trust, in the event of a change of
circumstances which, in the sole judgment of the trustee, renders
distribution in the beat interests of the trust beneficiaries.
Distribution under this paragraph is to be made to my wife if she
is living, and if she is not living, her trust shall be distributed
to her children or the survivors thereof. The family trust shall
be distributed to my natural born children. In no event shall any
beneficiary have power~to require action under this paragraph.

C. The trustee nominated below may resign by giving

written notice specifying the effective date of his resignation,
to the adult beneficiaries of current income at the time of notice.
TENTH: My personal representative and trustee shall .have

the following fiduciary powers, which are to be construed in the
broadest Danner consistent with the validity of this Will and with
their duties as fiduciaries. The powers stated here are not
intended to be exclusive, but sha_11 be in addition to those granted

a by law and shall also pertain to any administrators of trustees
who succeed the fiduciaries I have appointed in this Will. These
