of the outstanding shares; this power shall include, but not be
limited to, the power to name or change officers, directors, or
employees, to act as officers, directors, or employees themselves,
and the power to expand, limit, alter, or reconstitute such
businesses in any way they deem advisable. As expressed above, it
is my specific desire and request that my businesses, namely,
Buddy's Auto Rental and Leasing, Inc., and Buddy's~Auto Sales,
Inc., be sold as soon as practicable after, my death for the highest
and best price, and the proceeds of said sale distributed in
accordance with the provisions of Paragraph Sixth above. Addition-
ally, my fiduciaries shall have the-power to sell or lease my -
commercial real estate on U. S. 1 in Fort Pierce, Florida, whereon
my commercial businesses are situated at a price and upon terms
which are believed to be economically advantageous;
5. To sell, transfer, :exchange, lease, -rent, mortgage, -
pledge, give options upon, partition and otherwise dispose of-real -
or personal property at private or public sale, for cash or on
whatever terms the fiduciary finds advisable, without notice or -
order of court. This power includes, but is not limited to, my

commercial real property on U. S. 1 in Fort Pierce, Florida;
6. To render liquid my estate, in whole or in part, and
~ to hold cash or readily marketable securities of little or no ~

7. To borrow in the-name of my estate or of the trust,

upon whatever terms and-conditions and for whatever periods my -

8. To pay, compromise, ad3ust, settle, compound, renew or
abandon claims held by my fiduciary and claims asserted against my
