To distribute in.cash or in kind, or partly in cash and partly in kind, in divided or undivided interests, notwith- standing the fact that distributive shares may as a result be composed differently; 10. To employ attorneys, accountants, investment advisors and other professional assistance, including depositaries, proxies, agents and. appraisers; 11. To insure the property it holds as fiduciary against . the risks, and in the amounts it, in .its discretion, finds ex- pedient, and to obtain and pay for life,-health, liability and other forms of insurance. for the beneficiaries of the trust, in its discretion; - 12. To enter into transactions with other fiduciaries, including personal representatives or trustees of estates and trusts in which my beneficiaries have an interest, and including itself as fiduciary for other estates and trusts; 13. As indicated above, the powers granted .herein are not intended to be exclusive, but are in addition to those granted by law; in elaborating the powers and duties of my fiduciaries, it is my intent to avoid controversies in-the future between my loved ones after my death. Any decision or determination made by my trustee or personal representative appointed herein shall be vetoed or overridden if my three (3) children and my wife so € indicate by giving notice thereof in writing to my fiduciaries.r ELEVENTH: If, pursuant to any authorization or direction in-this Will or any rule of law, any business owned or controlled by me at my death, whether as a sole proprietor, partner, or majority stockholder, is retained or continued by my personal representative or trustee, he shall receive such compensation in - ~ addition to that to which he would-otherwise be entitled in per- ~ forming his function as personal representative or. trustee, as _ ~ will reasonably compensate him for his additional services in the management and operation of such business.
