TWELFTH: I hereby nominate and appoint, my attorney,
VINCENT A, LLOYD, as personal representative of this, my Last Will
and Testament. Neither my personal representative or my trustee
appointed herein, or any successor thereof, shall be requir-ed to
post bond or other security for the faithful performance of their
fiduciary duties.
THIRTEENTH: I hereby nominate and appoint VERNON RHINESMITH
as trustee of the trusts created herein. In the event that he is
unable or unwilling to serve, I appoint my attorney, VINCENT A,
LLOYD., to be successor trustee. The trustee shall have all of the
rights, duties, and responsibilities granted to Testamentary
Trustees under the Trust Administration Law, Chapter 737, Florida
Statutes. - '

The foregoing instrument was signed, sealed, published and
declared_by ROBERT H. NETHERY in our presence, and acknowledged by
him to each of us, and he, at the same-time, declared the foregoing
instrument as subscribed by~him to be his Last Will and Testament,
and we, at his request, have signed our names as witnesses there-
unto, in his presence and in the presence of each other, and have
written opposite our names our respective places of residence.
