in existence at the time of my death.
THIRD: I give to my wife, LOUISE NETHERY, if she survives
me, all of my tangible personal property including clothing,
3ewelry, household goods, furniture~,.~boats, and personal effects.
If she-does not survive me, I give my tangible personal property
as part of my residuary estate defined below. If any beneficiaries
under this Will are not able to agree within sixty (60) days after
the date of my death as to distribution of my personal effects, my
personal representative shall distribute my tangible personal
property to them in shares to be determined by him.
A. Substantial portions of tangible personal property
located in my home and elsewhere are already my wife's property.
I hereby instruct my personal representative to make no claim. to
my wife's property.
B. This bequest of tangible personal property includes
any proceeds of property damage insurance on tangible personal
property and-unused premiums on property damage or liability
insurance thereon.
FOURTH: During my lifetime I have made certain loans to
my children; if any of said loans shall be outstanding at the time .

of my death, they shall be considered forgiven and my personal
representative shall make no demand for repayment to my estate,
and the portion of my estate to which said child would be entitled
shall not be diminished or reduced by the amount of said loan
which is to be forgiven. _
FIFTH: I give to my wife, LOUISE NETHERY, if she survives
me, any interest I may have in real estate used by us primarily
for residential purposes. I presently own a home at 2217 Atlantic
Beach Boulevard, Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, in which
we reside as husband and wife.
# A. In the event my wife, LOUISE NETHERY, does not survive
me, I direct that my residential home be distributed to my wife's ?
