four (4) children, DESTINY NETHERY, RANDY NETHERY, ANDY NETHERY,
and ANN CAREEN, or the survivor or survivors of them, with the
proviso that if at the time of my death any of these children are
under the age of twenty-five (25) years, then in that event, my
residential home shall be given in trust to the trustee tamed
below for the use and benefit of these children pursuant to the
trust provisions set forth in Paragraph Seventh below.
SIXTH: Pursuant to the powers given to my personal repre-
sentative set forth in Paragraph Tenth below, I direct that my
personal representative shall. sell as soon as practicable after my
death, if the same has not been sold prior to my death, all of my
interest in Benchmark Construction Corporation apd my businesses,
namely, Buddy's Auto Rental and Leasing, Inc., and Buddy's Auto
Sales, Inc. Additionally, my commercial real estate located on
U. S. 1, Fort Pierce, Florida, whereon I maintain my businesses,
Buddy's Auto Rental and Leasing, Inc., and Buddy's Auto Sales,
Inc., shall be sold or leased, whichever, in the opinion of my
personal representative is economically most advantageous. The
proceeds from the sale of my interest in-Benchmark Construction
Corporation, my commercial real estate, and my businesses, shall
be distributed as part of my residuary estate according to Para-.
.graph Seventh below.
If, at the time of my death, my estate consists of any
.assets which I have inherited from~the estate of my mother, ZONA
SALSMAN, then those assets shall be segregated and my personal
representative nominated .below shall divide and distribute them
equally between my three (3) children, ZONA ELIZABETH BOND, IRENE
EVELYN DUNSHEE, and ROBERT WILLIAM NETHERY, per stirpes; and those
asset$ shall not be considered in the determination of or the
computation of the value of my residuary estate, nor shall they be
~ distributed in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph Seventh
~ below relating to the distribution of my residuary estate.
