- EIGHTH: All references.in this Will to my wife surviving
me mean that if my wife-and I die under circumstances rendering it
difficult or impossible to determine which of us died first, my
wife shall be deemed to have survived me. -
NINTH: The trustee and personal representative shall have
the power to distribute to or-for the benefit-of a beneficiary who -
is under legal disability or who, in the opinion of the trustee,.
or personal represenatative, is incapable of managing his-affairs.
In carrying out this power, the trustee may distribute directly to
the beneficiary, or to the guardian or parent of the beneficiary, -
or to a person with whom the beneficiary resides, or in a savings
account held by or for the beneficiary. The receipt of the person
or institution to whom payment is made shall discharge the trustee
or my personal representative from his responsibility under this
- Will. The trustee may accumulate income and withhold distributions -
of principal, to the extent permitted by law, until the benefici-
ary's disability is removed or -until he dies or becomes capable of
managing his affairs, at which time all shall be paid to him or to
i his est$te.

A. No interest under this Will shall be transferable or
assignable by any beneficiary, or be subject to the claims of his
creditors. -
! B. I recognize that changes may occur in government,
taxation, society and the economy which if I could foresee.-them
now would cause me to dispose of trust- interests differently. I
authorize my trustee to distribute all or any part of my trust
created here, free of .the trust, in the event of a change of
circumstances which, in the sole judgment of the trustee, renders
distribution in the best interests of the trust beneficiaries. In
