ELEVENTH: If, pursuant to any authorization or direction
in this Will or any rule of law, any business owned or controlled
by me at my. death, whether as a sole proprietor, partner, or
majority stockholder, is retained or continued by my personal
representative or trustee, he shall receive such compensation in
addition to that to which he would otherwise be entitled in per-
forming his function as personal representative or trustee, as
will reasonably compensate him for his additional services in the
management and operation of such business.
TWELFTH: I hereby nominate and appoint my attorney,
VINCENT A. LLOYD, as personal representative of this, mY Last Will
and Testament. Neither my personal representative or my trustee
appointed herein, or any successor thereof, shall be required to
post bond or other security for the faithful performance of their
fiduciary .duties.
THIRTEENTH: I hereby nominate and appoint VERNON RHINESMIT
as trustee of the trusts created herein. In the event that he is
unable or unwilling to serve, I appoint my attorney, VINCENT A.
I! LLOYD, to be successor trustee. The trustee shall have all of the
~I rights, duties, and responsibilities granted to Testamentary

Trustees under the Trust Administration Law, Chapter 737, Florida
Statutes.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal
to this, my Last Will and Testament, at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie
County, Florida, this 4th- day of August, 1980.
