BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally
appeared IVAN FRANKLIN HARBER, JR. and KATHERINE ANN HARBER,
husband and wife, who, being by me first duly sworn,
deposes and says as follows:
1. That the "Frank Harbor" and the'~Kathy Herber"
referred to in the Deed recorded at Official Records Book
327, Page 2127, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, are the same people as set out in the mortgage
given to CITIZENS FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION .
OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, as recorded at Official Records Book
340, Page 0887, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
2. That the land involved in these two documents is
as follows:

SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof,
