Association; and Purchaser further acknowledges receipt of and-reading and •
-examinllttion of said Declaration, its exhibits, budget, sales brochure .and floor
~ -plan, and acknowledges that each and every provision.oP the foregoing is'essen- -
~ tlal, to the successful operation and management of the Condominium property
and is in the best interests and Por the benefit of all the owners therein.

Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the aforedescribed Condomi,niuae coven-
ant and agree to abide. by each and every provision of said Declaration and
Exhibits attached thereto. Pureha~er hereby ratifies and confirms and approves
a].l of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits
attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under. the Property Owner's f
Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof are reason-
able, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser acknowledges andtconfirms that the
Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owner's Association
~ has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel. being conveyed •
to Purchaser, as security for his obligations under said Deolaration of Coven--
i~~' ants and Restrictions, and said Purchaser assumes the obligations as~to the •

that all warranties, representations, and inducements, if .any, are as contained
