Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration oP Condominiua and Bxhibits attaohed thereto, and agrees that-the assessment under the Property Owner's Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof are reason- able, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser acknowledges and confirms that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owner's Association has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed to Purchaser, as security for his obligations under-said Declaration of Coven- ants and Restrictions,: and said Purchaser assumes the obligations as to the Property Owner's Association .as to his condominium parcel. Purchaser confirms that all. warranties,. representations, and inducements, if any, are as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominiu9 and Bxhibits attached thereto, and .t the common expenses and the sums due under the Property Owner's Association 'and other charges are estimated only. No warranty or guaranty is made or intended nor may one be relied upon except where the same is specifically warranted or guaranteed in said Declaration of-Condominium and Exhibits attached-thereto.
