Purchaser, by acc5eptance and execution of this Receipt, aoknowledgea that this -
purchaee of a Condominium unit at OCEAN VILLAGE OF HUTCHINSON ISLAND is aub~ect
in every respect to the Declaration of;Condominiw as to the condominium in -
which his unit is located and Exhibits attaohed•thereto, including but not lim•~-
ited to (whether the same are attaohed to the Declaration of CondominiuA! or to-•
ferred to therein),-the By-Laws oP the Association, Articles of Incorporation,
the Rules and Regulations, copy .of pro~eeted operating budget, Dopy of sales
brochure and floor plan of apartoent.purchaaed by purohaser, and all Amendments
to the aforesaid Declaration and Bxhibita and the Articles of Incorporation,
By-Laws and Declaration oP Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners
Association; and Purchaser further acknowledges receipt Cf and reading and
examination of said Declaration, its Sxhibitst budget, salsa brochure and floor
plan, and acknowledges that each and every provision of the foregoing is essen-
tial, to the.sueeessful operation and management of the Condominium property.
and is in the beat interests and for the-benefit of all the owners therein.
- Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the aforedescribed Condominium coven=
ant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declaration and
Exhibits attaohed thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves
all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration oP Condominiua and Bxhibits
attaohed thereto, and agrees that-the assessment under the Property Owner's
Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof are reason-
able, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser acknowledges and confirms that the
Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owner's Association
has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed
to Purchaser, as security for his obligations under-said Declaration of Coven-
ants and Restrictions,: and said Purchaser assumes the obligations as to the
Property Owner's Association .as to his condominium parcel. Purchaser confirms
that all. warranties,. representations, and inducements, if any, are as contained
in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominiu9 and Bxhibits attached thereto, and .t
the common expenses and the sums due under the Property Owner's Association 'and
other charges are estimated only. No warranty or guaranty is made or intended
nor may one be relied upon except where the same is specifically warranted or
guaranteed in said Declaration of-Condominium and Exhibits attached-thereto.
