Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the aforedescribed Condominium coven- ant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declaration and Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration oP Condominiue and Exhibits r- attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the Property Owner's . Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof are reason- able, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser acknowledges and confirms that the ' Deolaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owner's Association has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed to Purchaser, as security for his obligations under said Declaration of Coven- ti ants and Restrictions, and said Purchaser assumes the obligations as to the Property Owner's Association as to his condominium parcel. Purchaser confirms ; that all warranties, representations, and inducements, if any, are as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto, and ~ the common expenses and the sums due under the Property Owner's Association and other charges are estimated only.
