final judgment and the Court finding that a default has been

INVESTORS, LTD., and the Court finding that it has jurisdiction
over the subject matter and the parties hereto, and the Court
being otherwise further-and fully informed, it is therefore
- ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that judgment is hereby entered
in favor of the Plaintiffs, DONALD E. BILGER and FORGES W.
IILAIR, d/b/a BILGER & GLAIR, Attorneys at Law, and against
