BEFORE ME, the undersigned notary public personally appeared t
MARY L. HACKMANN, who, upon her oath says:
1. That she is the surviving spouse of LESTER F. HACKMANN, {
.who died on February 5, 1980, as shown by the certified copy of

death certificate which is recorded in O. R. Book 332, Page 2062,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie .County, Florida
2. That Affiant, on her own personal knowledge knows that
LESTER F. HACKMANN and LESTER FREDERICK HACKMANN are one and the
same person. _
3. That at the time of the death of said LESTER F. HACKMANN,
your Affiant and LESTER F. HACKMANN, owned real property in St.
Lucie County, Florida, .more particularly described as:
Lot 11, Block 71.5, PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION 18,
a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof,
recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 17, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
4. That the marriage of your Affiant and LESTER F. HACKMANN
was continuous and without interruption from the time of acquiring
title to the real property described above, until the death of
LESTER F. HACKMANN.
5. That the total value of all property which LESTER F.
HACKMAN, deceased, had any interest, including jointly owned

property, insurance, or other property included in his gross
estate for federal estate tax purposes was within the general
. exemption and therefore no federal estate tax return, Form 706,

was necessary or filed, and a Non-Taxable Certificate and Receipt
t
for Estate No.E--99671 is attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A"
and made a part hereof.
