The Grantee by acceptance and execution of this Warranty Deed acknowledges
that this conveyance is subject to the provisions of_the Declaration of Condominium
described above, including the provisions of all of its exhibits. The Grantee agrees
to be-bound by all of said provisions; the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that all
of said provisions are reasonable, .fair avid equitable] the Grantee hereby impresses
a lien upon the land and real property described above, as security •for his obligations
as described in said Declaration of Condominium and its exhibits; and the Grantee
acknowledges and agrees that said Declaration of Condominium and its exhibits and
the purchase agreement executed by the Grantor and Grantee co~itain all of the warranties;
representations and inducements concerning the purchase by the Grantee of the land
and real property described above.
WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantees have hereunto et their hands and seals this
