INTERCONTINENTAL BANK, a Florida banking corporation, holder of the
mortgage executed by SAND DOLLAR VILLAS DEVELOPl~NT CORPORATION, a Florida
corporation, to INTERCONTINSNTAL BANK, a Florida banking corporation, dated
December 28, 1978, and recorded in-Official Record Hook 300, pages 2081-
throuQh 2097, inclusive, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, for
good and valuable consideration to it paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, hereby on this 18th day of J~~y, 1980, releases
from the lien of that mortgage, the rea_1 property in that County described
as follows:

and an undivided 1/47th share in those common elements
appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the
