EULA MONROE, WENDELL MARTIN and REV. S. P. KILPATRICK, as Trus-
tees of Mount Pleasant Primitive Baptist Church, do and have

the power to convey Lot 24, Block 4, Lincoln Park Subdivision,
Unit 2, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3,
page 4 of the Public Records of St. Lucie county, Florida, in
' accordance with a certain contract entered into by them and
