FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE coming on for trial after being duly noticed for
trial, and the Plaintiff being present in Court with his attorney, -
and the Defendants not being present in. the Court or being
represented by counsel in the Court, upon oral motion of the
Plaintiff's attorney, the Court entered a Default against the
Defendants, CUSTOM HOUSING SYSTEMS,- INC., and PAUL D. AMANN.
Thereupon, testimony was taken in open Court as to the damages in
this cause. Upon said testimony, upon the Default entered in

open Court, upon the pleadings, and upon the Court-being otherwise
~ fully advised in the premises, it is

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, JOSEPH V. KAVINTA, -
recover a judgment against the Defendants, CUSTOM HOUSING SYSTEMS, INC.,
and PAUL D. AMANN, for the sum of $5,000.00, together with costs in
the amount of $248.80, for all of which sums let execution
issue.
