WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of
budget for St. Lucie County, the actual fund balance for each fund as of S
determined and,
WHEREAS, the adopted budget reflects the estimated amounts rather than
forward amounts, and,
WHEREAS, it is accepted financial practice to amend the adopted budget 1
balance forward amounts, and,
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of C¢
adopt a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
