ORDER GRANTING COMPULSORY PHYSICAL EXAMINATION
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon the Motion of the
Defendants for compulsory physical examination. The Court - i
having heard argument of Counsel and being otherwise advised
• in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion for Compulsory
Physical Examination is granted. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Dr. J.-Lloyd Wilder of Orlando,
Florida will. perform the physical. examination of the plaintiffs,
-STANLEY TUCKER and MARY TUCKER, his wife, in West Palm Beach,
Florida, no later than 30 days prior to commencement of this
case. It is further

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the parties to this action may
have up to and including ten (10) days prior to the date set
for trial in the cause to amend their list of witnesses.
