X AFFIDAVIT OF HEIRSHIP
COUNTY OF DALLAS X 1
BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, a Notary Public, in and for said
State and County, presently appeared Kenneth hiller, a resident at 5536 Druid
Lane, Dallas, Texas 75209 and Alvin Miller, a resident at 249-21 61st Avenue,
Little Neck, New York 11362, each known to me to be credible persons who being ~
duly sworn, each upon his oath did state: - '

That these Affiants, Kenneth Miller and Alvin !tiller
are the brothers of Barbara Ronar., Deceased, who died in
the City of Dallas, Dallas County, Texas, larch 25, 1980; - ~
that the said Barbara Ronan died without leaving a Last ~
Nill and Testament; that no Application for Administra-
tion on the estate of the aforenamed Decedent has been
filed, and that there is no necessity for administration '
- on the estate of the said Decedent; that the parents of
- these Affiants and the said Barbara Ronan, namely Samuel ~
Miller and wife, Lillian Berger Miller,-predeceased the }
- said Barbara Ronan; that after the union of the marriage .
of our parents, Samuel Miller and Lillian Berger Hiller,
- these Affiants, Kenneth Miller and Alvin Miller and~the
said Barbara Ronan were born, and that no child or child-
ren were adopted by our aforenamed parents; that the said
_ Barbara Ronan was divorced from a prior marriage and that
no child-or children was born by her nor did she adopt
any children. These Affiants, Kenneth r!iller and Alvin
Miller, further state they are the sole-and only heirs -
at law of the said Barbara Ronan, Deceased, and aro
therefore authorized under the law to sell, transfer-, ~
convey and dispose of on such terms and conditions as
they deem advisable the real property belonging to the
Estate of Barbara Ronan, Deceased described as follows:

Lot 2, Block A, Tropical Acres, as shorn on a
plat of Tropical Acres, recorded in the office '
of the Clerk of tiie Circuit Court, St Lucie - -
County, Florida, being the same property con-
- veyed by Florida Homesites Estates, Inc. to -
.Barbara Ronan, dated Novec~ber 26, 1954, record-
ed in the office of the Clerk, Circuit Court,
St Lucie County, Florida, Book 195, Page 530- ~
