Before me this day personally appeared,
ALBERTA R. GOETTKER, who being duly sworn deposes and says:
1. That she was married to FREDERICK G.
GOETTKER,the said FREDERICK G. GOETTRER, having died on February
24,.19878.
2. That she has remained an unremarried
widow from February 24, 1978, to the date of the execution
hereof.
3. That the purpose of this Affidavit is in
connection of the conveyance by her as an unremarried widow of
Lot ll, Block 386, Port St. Lucie, Section 24, located in the
. City of Port St. Lucie, St. Lucie County, Florida.
