corporation existing under the laws of the State of Florida, referred to as Buyer and
John D. Nichols referred to as Grower, bearing date the 19th day of
June A.D. 1980 recorded in Off. Record gook #338 ,page#1826
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, State of Florida,
for the purchase of fruit from the groves situate in said State and County described as
follows, to-wit:
