TROPICANA PRODUCTS, INC., does hereby subordinate and relinquish any and all
rights to certain real property described as NICHOLS GROVB (Robinson #5) locat-
ed at Indrio Road and Lateral # 8 west of State Route # dll, being in St. Lucie
County, in favor of the Grower's lending institution. Tropicana Products, Inc.,
does however expect to receive the fruit from this grove thru the 1982-83 season
in accordance with the terms of the Fruit Agreement #H-A83-12, dated 6/19/80.
