NICHOLS,-here n called "Mortgagor", and THE ` MUTUAL LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY OF-NEW YORK, a New York corporation, having its Home Office at 1740 Broadway, New York, New fork, } herein called "Mortgagee", WHEREAS, Mortgagor is justly indebted to Mortgagee in the principal sum of TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND AND 00/100 DOLLARS ($200,000.00) and has agreed to pay the same with interest thereon according to the terms of a promissory note of even date herewith, in install- ments, the last of which is due and payable on the first day of Jan- uary, 1991, which is the final maturitx date of this mortgage. NOW, THEREFORE, this indenture WITNESSETH: That Mortgagor, in order to secure said indebtedness and any future indebtedness or liability due or to become due Mortgagee by Mortgagor, as provided - herein, and the performance of the agreements, covenants and con- } ditions herein contained, and also for and in consideration of the sum of ODe Dollar ($1.00) paid by Mortgagee to Mortgagor, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold and - conveyed and does by these presents grant,-bargain, sell and convey r unto Mortgagee all of the real property hereinafter called "Mort- gaged Aremises" lying, being and-situated in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, described as follows: PARCEL l: The South 1/2 of the South 1/2 of the South- west 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4, Section 9, Township 34 South, Range 39 East, St. Lucie County, Florida. 4 I ~ PARCEL 2: North 1/2 of South 1/2 of Southwest 1/4 of - ~ Southeast 1/4; the South 1/2 of North 1/2 of Southwest ` 1/4 of Southeast 1/4, AND the Southeast l/4 of the - i Southeast 1/4 all of Section 9, Township 34 South, Range 39 East, St. Lucie County, Florida.
