JOHNSON, Defendant. - FINAL JUDGMENT- DE ITY THIS CAUSE, having come on for trial on the 8th day of October, 1980, upon the pleadings .filed herein and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence and observed the demeanor and physical condition of the witnesses and the parties, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of this suit; that the child, ERNEST TODD JOHNSON, was conceived during the marriage between the parties and born after-the parties' marriage had been dissolved; that the Defendant, TOM D. JOHNSON, admitted paternity by a document which has been introduced into evidence; that the Defendant, TOM D. JOHNSON, admitted paternity of the child, MICAHE~.. _ ~ SHAWN JOHNSON in open court; and that the Plaintiff, CHERYL LUKE, is k j in need of child•support and attorney's fees and the Defendant has the ~ ability 'to provide those fees. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: I ~ 1. DETERMINATION OF PATERNITY. The minor children, ERNEST TODD JOHNSON, d.o.b. December 26, 1968, and MICHAEL SHAWN JOHNSON, d.o.b. September 29, 1972, are declared to be the legitimate children of the Defendant,-TOM D. JOHNSON and CHERYL LUKE, the natural mother. 2. CUSTODY. The natural mother, CHERYL LUKE, shall have g custody of said children subject to the Defendant/Father's right of reasonable visitation. Reasonable visitation shall be construed as two weekends per month at a reasonable hour on Friday afternoon until a reasonable hour on Sunday afternoon.
