summaer months. During summer visitation with the Father, the mother
shall have a right to weekend visitation as set forth above. In addition
thereto, the parties shall have alternate visitation during school
holidays. -
. 3. MONETARY CHILD SUPPORT, Conmencing on October 10, 1980,
the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff, the sum of $20.00 per week ~
per child for the support of the before-named children, for a total of
$40.00 per week; said sums to continue until such time as each child ,
reaches majority, marries or becomes self-supporting, ,
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of the Circuit
Court and by him remitted promptly to CHERYL LUKE. In addition, there
is hereby assessed the sum of $2,00 as statutory costs to be added
to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in
cash, r.~aney order or-cashiers check, Both of the parties are ordered
to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence
addresses at all times while this Order is in effect. -
4. COSTS INCLUDING ATTORNEY'S FEES, The Defendant is hereby
ordered to pay to the Plaintiff's attorney, the sum of $250.00 towards ,
attorney's fees within a reasonable time. In addition thereto costs
are-assessed in the amount of $39,00 for a total of $289.00; said sum -
to be paid directly to the Plaintiff's attorney, Osborne Walker O'Quinn,
201 South Second Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, 33450 ,
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
on this day of October, 1980.
