- TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on Plaintiff's request
`for Emergency Restraining Order on October 20 1980. After the ~
~~taking of testimony and legal argument, and the Court being other-
t,<
:'wise apprised in the premises, it is ORDERED and ADJUDGED ttfat: 3
- 1. The Defendants, JAMES REVELLE and REVELLE REALTY, ~
~
~ are hereby ordered to replace and return the two doors
~ on the Plaintiff's premises at 701 S. Ocean Drive, Ft. ~
Pierce, Florida, and replace them to their original con-
;
dition forthwith, and to restore electricity to-the
+
premises; (to provide the Plaintiff with keys that will
open any and all locks on said doors). j ~
- 2. The aforesaid Defendants shall cease and desist from

harassing, harming, annoying or bothering Plaintiff and !
shall cease and desist from taking actions or directing
actions to illegally or improperly remove Plaintiff from
her rented premises .
3. The landlord shall keep the $100 damage deposit, in-lieu~
of that amount of back rent, said deposit to be atributable

to the cost of Plaintiff's utilities. ~
s` 4. The tenant shall immediately remove any pets from the

' ~ premises. -

' S. The tenant shall at all times keep the apartment clean

and free from refuse. _
