• 3. Husband's Temporary Injunction is hereby dissolved
inasmuch as the Court has determined that it has no jurisdiction ~

over the dissolution of marriage proceedings because neither
the Wife nor the Husband have been residents of the State of
Florida for the period of time required to give. this Court
jurisdiction. •
4. This action is hereby dismissed, the dismissal to be
with prejudice against the Wife on all grounds for dissolution- V~
of marriage existing .prior to January 14, 1980.
