AS90GIATION, INC.. anon-profit corporation of the State of Flor[da, which

TION. LAKEWOOD PARK CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION, and LAKE INDRIO
(70RFORATION, said Assignment being recorded in Offictal Record Book 186,

Florida. -
2. That there has been an Affidavit filed against certain lot, block and
unit numoers in Lakewood Pgrk Subdivision. for nonpayment of maintenance
:ees assessed, said Affidavit being recorded in Official Record Book 300 -

3. That the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY OWNER'S AS90CLATION, INC. ,
hereby release, satisfy and forever discharge the said Affidavit now on record -
against the following property, since said arrearage has now been paid:
