WHEREAS, R & C, INC., a Florida corporation, executed
i
an Agreement to Subordinate, dated February 15, 1980, regarding the
mortgage from U-LOCK-IT, INC., dated March 10,.1980, and recorded
in OR Book 327, page 811, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County.,
Florida; and.

WHEREAS, Mortgagor and Mortgagee desire to declare the
said Agreement to be null and void and of no force and effect.• ~

hereby agreed as .follows:
1. That the Agreement to Subordinate dated February 15,
.1980, and executed by Richard Vreeland, President and Carol Vreeland,

Secretary, on behalf of R & C, INC., is by agreement hereby con-

sidered henceforth to be null and void and of no legal effect whatso-
ever.
2. All of the terms of the note and r_?ortgage shall remain
in full force and effect.
3. .Nothing contained herein shall be construed as to
relieve the original Mortgagors under the terms of the mortgage
~ and note.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Mortgagor and Mortgagee have hereunto
