I, ALEXANDER RREUTZER, domiciled and residing in St. Lucie
County, Florida, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and unde
standing, do hereby make, publish and declare this writing as
and for My Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and cancelling
all other and fonaer Wills and Codicils heretofore made by me.
FIRST: I direct that all my just debts, expenses of my last
illness, funeral expenses, costs of administering my Estate and
all other proper charges against my Estate be paid as soon as
practicable after my death in such amounts as my Executrix, herein-
after named, may deem proper, without regard to any limit which
may otherwise be imposed by law on the amount or amounts thereof,
provided, however, my Executrix-shall not be required to pay any
debts. secured by a mortgage, pledge or similar encumbrance on
property owned by me at my death, and such property may Bass subject
to~such mortgage, pledge or similar encumbrance or my Executrix,
in her discretion may pay such a debt. -I further direct my Executri

to pay from my Estate alI Federal and other Estate, inheritance,
transfer and succession taxes and levies due by my Estate or otherwi e,
~ or by-my Legatees on legacies hereinafter spec3.fied, with respect
to property included ~.n my Estate, whether disposed by this Will
~ or not, and that payment shall be an expense .of administration,
without apportionment to anyone except that no part of those taxes
. ~
~~~shall be charged against any. property passing to or for the benefit
of my surviving spouse, which. may qualify for the marital deduction
for Federal Tax purposes.
SECOND: I give and bequeath to my daughter, MARTHA B. DUFFY,

' currently residing in Lawrenceville, New Jersey, my Cello made
