hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament, and hereby revoke any and all other-Wills and Codicils .

CLAUSE I: I direct my Personal Representative to pay
out of my estate all of my just debts, =ncludinq the expenses of
my last illness and funeral expenses.
CLAUSE II: I give and bequeath to my niece, ALICE E.
.BIER, Englefeld, Saskatchewan, Canada the sum of One Thousand -
Dollars ($1,000.00).
CLAUSE III: All .of the rest, residue and remainder of .

If any of the three hereinabove named persons shall not
