JOINT STIPULATION AND SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT
Plaintiff, INTERNATIONAL HARVESTER CREDIT CORPORATION, and
Defendant, WILLIE CLEM REYNOLDS, SR., do hereby stipulate and
agree to settle the above-referenced lawsuit on the following
basis:
1. On or about .May 29, 1977, Defendant purchased an
International Pay Loader Model 510 from Minton Equipment ~
Company of Ft. Pierce, Florida pursuant to a retail installment

contract, a copy of which is attached to the Amended Complaint
as Exhibit "A". This retail instal~lment~contract was sub-

sequently assigned by Minton Equipment Company to Plaintiff on
or about 3une 11, 1979.
Pursuant to that Agreement, Defendant agreed to pay a
time balance of _$30,777.84 in 24 equal monthly installments of
$1,282.41 each, commencing on June 29, 1979. Defendant failed
to pay the installment due February 28, 1980, and all fnstall~-
ments thereafter.
Plaintiff, however, has now agreed to extend
Defendant's obligation to it in accordance with the terms set
forth on Exhibit "1" attached hereto, and Defendant has agreed
to make payment in accordance with the provisions of Exhibit
~ "1" attached hereto. The extended amount includes principal ~

and accrued interest on the May 29,.1977 retail installment .:a
