Payment schedule shall be:
One installment due 11/1/80 in the amount of $2,783.28.
-Six installments due monthly 12/1/80 through 5/1/81, in
the amount of $2,564.82 each. One installment due 6/1/81
in the amount of $6,064.8.1.
Payments are due on the 1st of -each month. Payments will
be accepted by Ir~ternatioral Harvester Credit Corporation
no later than the 7th of each month.
I If Willie Clem Reynolds, Sr. completely performs pursuant
to this Stipulation and Extension Agreement, International
Harvester Credit Corporation will waive $1,225.30 late
charges and extension interest for which- eynolds would
otherwise be liable. -
