ORDER OF TEMPORARY RELIEF
THIS CAUSE having come to be heard upon the Motion
of the Petitioner/Wife, Marie Moore, for temporary relief,
and it appearing to the Court that the Respondent/Husband,
Charlie :Moore was served with said Petition and Notice of
Hearing thereon and the Court having considered the evidence
presented and being otherwise fully advised in the premises,
it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Temporary custody of the minor children of

the parties during the pendency of these proceedings shall
be with the Wife and the Husband is hereby ordered to nay
~ as support for the maintenance of said minor children to -
the Wife the sum of $85.00 per week commencing Friday,
October 24, 1980 and on the same day of each week thereafter.
Furthermore, the Husband shall undertake to make all necessary
arrangements for payment of the medical bills of the Wife.
which have accrued and shall accrue for the Wife's current
pregnancy. _
2. The Husband shall remove himself from the
marital premises of the parties by-October 21, 1980, at
7:30 P.M., and shall take with him therefrom only his nersonal

or before said time and date, all and singular Sheriffs of

the State of Florida are hereby .empowered to remove the
Husband without further Order of this Court upon the request _
of the Wife .
