FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE, having come on for trial on the ~ day
of October, 1980, and the Court having given full consideration to

all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction i
of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that~the relation.

of Husband and Wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage between the .parties is irretrievably broken and should be
dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
a
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between SAMMY ~

CLIFTON YATES, Husband, and JOHNNIE RUTH YATES, Wife, be and the s

same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are
i
~ hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing
between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. AGREEMENT. The Separation Agreement executed by the
parties and submitted into evidence was freely entered into by the

parties after a full disclosure and is for the best interests of
~ -the parties and their child. The Agreement is hereby incorporated
- i
herein by reference and the parties are ordered to comply with the
- _
~ provisions thereof. -
3. CUSTODY AND VISITATION. As provided in the Separation -

s Agreement executed by the parties and admitted into evidence, the
Wife shall have custody of their minor child, ERIK C. YATES, born
