April 29, 1977. The Husband shall have reasonable rights of visi-
tation. The Husband shall have the right to have the minor child
stay with him for at least two successive days per week to include
staying overnight.. Any additional visitation during the week shall
be worked out between the Husband and Wife. In addition, the Husband
and Wife shall alternate visitation on all legal holidays. The
Husband shall have the right to have the minor child stay with him

for six weeks during the year, the times to be worked out between
the Husband and Wife. The time for picking up and returning the
child, the place of the visit and the length of the visit, except
as hereinbefore set forth, shall be mutually agreed upon by the
Husband and the Wife. Said visitation to be in accordance with the
terms of the Separation Agreement executed by the parties and ad-
mitted into evidence. - .
4. REMOVAL OF CHILD. Neither party shall remove,

initiate, aid or encourage the removal of the minor child, other
than family visitation, beyond the boundaries of the State of
Florida wihtout first obtaining written permission of the other
~I party or the Court. }
5. SUPPORT OF CHILD. The Husband shall pay child support E
to the Wife in the amount of $40.00 per week commencing October 17,
1980, as care and support for sa-id minor child, payable to the
Clerk of Court, together with the statutory cost of $2.00 to be
added to each payment made to the Clerk, St. Lucie County, Florida. ~
Payment shall be made to the Clerk of Court by cash, money order or
certified check. The Office of the Clerk of Court shall then forward
payment to the Wife, whose address is 4401 North Federal Highway,
Box 63, Country Cove No. 63, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450. The-Husband's
obligation to pay child support shall be terminated upon the minor
° child, ERIK C. YATES, attaining the age of eighteen years.
6. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause and the
parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further Orders as
may be deemed necessary and proper.
