THIS CAUSE came on for trial on .the 10th day of ' '

October, 1980, and the Court having given full consideration
to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has
-
jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit;
i
that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the
parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irre-
trievably broken and should be dissolved. It is, thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: - F

1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between
KENNETH R. SUMMER, Husband, and BRENDA K. SUMMER, Wife, be
and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each

~ of them are hereby forever freed from the bo y

heretofore existing .between them and from the obligations aris-
- ~ }
ing therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody-of KRISTINA SUMMER, age 9-1/2 '
- years and JAMES SUMMER, age 5-1/2 months, minor children of
the parties, is-hereby awarded to the Wife, BRENDA K. SUMMER,
with reasonable rights of visitation reserved to the Husband,
KENNETH R. SUMMER. ~ - i i
3. SUPPORT. The Husband shall pay to the Wife -
for Child Support, the sum of Eighty-five.Dollars ($85.00)
each and every week, for the support of the children named ~ ;
above. Said Child Support payments shall-commence on the

week of October 13, 1980.

Each-payment shall be made to the Clerk of the~Court
and by him remitted promptly to BRENDA K. SUMIJER, Wife. In
