MEDICAL AND DENTAL. Husband shall pay all medi- cal and dental expenses of the minor children, KRISTINA I SUMNER and JAMES SUMNER. i 5. ALIMONY. The Husband shall convey to the Wi-fe as lump sum alimony, the Husband's interest in and to the marital home, ahd furnishings therein. - 6. REHABILITATIVE ALIMONY. The Husband shall pay to the Wife, as rehabilitative Alimony, the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) per month for six (6) months from the date hereof. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly to BRENDA K. SUMNER. All payments - shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of • the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised ' of their mailing and residence addresses at all times while - II this Order is in force and-effect. In addition there is hereby ! - i. assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. 7. JURISDICTION.
