WHEREAS, HUTCHINSON ISLANn [.1~1ITED, INC., a Delaware
~ocporation authorized to transact business in the State of Florida, hereinafter
called "1~tortgago:," by the following described documents granted and conveyed
unto TH1; FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF CIIICAGO, a national banking association,
hereinafter called "Mortgagee" and Its assigns, the premises and property therein
particularly described to secure the payment of the sum of money hereinafter
mentioned with interest thereon:
'.Mortgage -given by HUTCIiINSON ISLAND LIMITED, INC., as
~:ortgagor, in favor of THE FIRST NATIONAL EiANK OF CHICAGO, as Mortgagee,
dated June 2, 1980, and filed in Official Record Book 332, at Page 1?03, in the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in the original amount of Twelve
tilillion Seven Hundred Thousand Dollars ($12,700,000.00), together with an
Assignment of Leases, Rents and Profits recorded in Official Record Book 332, at
Page 1728, and Assignment of Sales Contracts recorded in Official Record Book
• 332, at Page 1735, and UCC-1 Financing Statement recorded in Official Record
Book 332, at PAC 1721, all of said documents .filed in the Public Records of St.
Lucie Comity, Florida, and all of said documents recorded on June S, 1980; and in
addition, a UCC-1 Financing Statement filed with the Secretary of State, State of
Florida, ort June 16, 1980, under File No. 1207244, between said parties; and
W11E('.EAS, the s;3id Mortgage has requested the said :Mortgagee to
release the premises and other property hereinafter described, being a part of said
lortgage, and en^umbered premises, from the -liens and operation of said :Mortgage
and other liens; - -
NOtti, 1'HERFFORE, KNOW YE, that the said ~'tortgagee, in
• consideration of the premises and the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good
and valuable considerations to it in hand paid by or on behalf of the said mortgagor
at the time of tha execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
does remise, release, quit-claim, exonerate, and discharge from the lien and
_ operation of said :1ortgage and other liens referred to above unto the said
Mortgagor, its surce~ors and assigns that certain ortion of the premises conveyed
by-said :.Iortgage, and other liens referred to above more particularly described as
follows:
